Application-specific notes for IBPS Exams
- The photograph you upload is not only checked at upload. IBPS captures your photograph and biometric data at stages of the selection process and matches the captured photo against the one in your application, and the notification tells candidates not to change their appearance from that photo. A picture taken years earlier, or one that no longer looks like you, becomes a problem at the centre rather than at the form.
- Your uploaded photograph is printed on the call letter, and you are asked to bring one additional photograph identical to it. The notification is explicit that candidates arriving without the photograph pasted on the call letter, or without that spare copy, will not be allowed to sit the examination. Print at least two copies of the same image you upload rather than a different sitting.
- A signature written in capital letters will not be accepted. This is stated separately from the file-size rule, so a signature file that is technically within the band can still be refused for how it is written. Sign in your ordinary running hand.
- IBPS runs the common recruitment process for several participating banks at once, so one correctly prepared photograph and signature normally serve every bank inside that cycle. What changes between banks is the eligibility and the post, not the upload specification.
About this exam

Frequently asked questions
What is the photo size for the IBPS Exams application?
The stored IBPS Exams target is 20–50 KB, around 200×230 px, in JPG / JPEG format. This tool resizes and compresses a prepared photo to that target; confirm the active form before submitting.
What is the signature size for IBPS Exams?
The stored signature target is 10–20 KB, around 140×60 px, in JPG / JPEG format. Follow the stored signature instruction: Black ink on white paper. Then upload it here to clean and resize it.
How do I resize my photo to 20–50 KB for IBPS Exams?
Upload your photo and the tool compresses it to the stored IBPS Exams target and applies the recorded dimensions. Everything runs in your browser.
What should I check before submitting IBPS Exams files?
Compare the exported photo with the stored 20–50 KB photo and 10–20 KB signature bands, recorded geometry, recorded formats, then inspect the image for blur and low contrast. Inspect the signature separately for faint strokes and excess paper. Confirm every stored value against the active form; the tool cannot predict acceptance.
Is this IBPS Exams resizer free and private?
Yes — free, no watermark, no sign-up, and your photo never leaves your device. All processing happens in your browser.
Where can I confirm the official IBPS Exams requirements?
Always verify the current limits on the official source (IBPS CRP Specialist Officers XVI notice, Annexure III) before submitting, as requirements can change between notification cycles.
