Exam Photo & Signature Size Requirements

A page marked verified means the displayed fields were checked against the named first-party document on the recorded review date. It does not promise acceptance or make the numbers permanent: recruitment notices are cycle-specific, and an authority can replace its upload rules.

A needs-review page is deliberately narrower. It identifies which workflow the public source confirms and which stored values remain compatibility defaults because the current limits appear only after sign-in, inside an image-only notice, or on an unavailable document. Read that warning before opening the resizer; the active form wins when it disagrees with a compatibility value.

Treat KB, pixels, physical dimensions and encoded format as separate checks. A file can be below a byte ceiling while using the wrong canvas, and renaming an extension does not convert its encoded data. Pages omit a field when the cited source does not publish it instead of borrowing a familiar value from another exam.

The embedded tools prepare measurable file properties in your browser. They cannot complete a live-camera step, read a private application screen or predict an authority's decision. Keep the original photo and signature so you can re-export them if the current portal displays a different band during your application.
