Application-specific notes for CRPF

• The DATE the photograph was taken must be printed on the photograph itself, and the notice states plainly that applications without that date printed on the photograph are rejected. This is a formatting requirement that no amount of correct sizing compensates for.
• The photograph must be no more than three months old, about 35 mm wide by 45 mm high, as JPG or JPEG between 50 and 100 KB. The lower bound matters: a heavily compressed file below 50 KB falls outside the accepted band.
• The date printed on the photograph has to remain legible after compression: small grey text can disappear once the file is squeezed into the 50 to 100 KB band. Print it dark and large enough to survive.
• Add the date before compressing, then inspect it at actual size in the exported file rather than relying on the editor preview.
• The photograph is limited to JPG or JPEG, while the signature field also lists PNG. Check the encoded type for each asset; a PNG signature is within the recorded format list, but a PNG photograph is not.
• No fixed signature pixel or centimetre dimensions are published in the cited advertisement. Crop the black-ink writing tightly without clipping strokes, preserve its natural proportion, and do not force it into a canvas borrowed from SSC or a banking application.
